Our youngest son, Jonathan broke his right arm on Monday and had a cast placed on his right arm yesterday. I was thinking about him this morning and had a funny memory.
When I was a sophomore at Ware County Senior High in Waycross, I played on the JV football team. I broke my left thumb and had a cast very similar to the one Jonathan is now sporting. One night during my sleep I pickup my arm and dropped it on my forehead. I woke up with a terrible headache and a nice lump on my head.
That might explain me. :) Do you have a fun story from your childhood to share with the tens of readers who visit this spot?

Speaking of broken arms, I dreamed one night I had broken my arm and when I woke up in the middle of the night, I was actully holding it as if it had a cast on it but instead of plaster, my arm was covered in vomit...yep, I had thrown up. Not very funny but I didn't want to break the whole cast theme...LOL!!! -J-
your right...that was pretty gross. Thanks for staying on theme...I appreciate you visiting our blogs. We hope to get settled and back in gear soon!!!
Once when I was a teenager, I woke up in the middle of the night yelling that a bird was in my shirt. I was frantic. The real problem was I had been sleeping on my arm and it was asleep (numb), and I was flapping my hand against my chest, not knowing it was my own hand.
I'm just glad nobody had a camcorder.
very funny Clay...BTW. I'm loving the post! Living with Christopher has to be a riot!!
