In Disguise

Week 3 - Day 5

Barry gives us this incredible quote today:

"Let the world know you as you are, not as you think you should be, because sooner or later, if you are posing, you will forget the pose, and then where are you?" Unknown 

All of heaven and earth is waiting for the real you to come on the scene.  Are you practicing integrity? You know, wholeness or being the same person all the time.  If you function as one person at home or school and another person at church, you are not walking with integrity. 

Integrity is living from a settled core of faith in God.  You are not "acting" like anyone; you are simply living by trusting in the goodness of God.

Here's today's takeaway: Will the real you please stand up?

God has uniquely gifted you and placed you in your environments to carry His love and the gospel.  Don't try and be Clark Kent or Superman, just be the real you.
